Detailed instructions

By Car
Bromsgrove is south-west of Birmingham, close to the M5 and M42.

The Artrix itself is just off the A38

If you are using the M5, then please note there is no exit from junction 1 of the M42 when travelling east.

Travelling south on the M5
Take the exit at junction 4 and then the A38 south towards Bromsgrove. After going over the M42 roundabout, go past the traffic lights signposted "Bromsgrove North" then turn right at the next roundabout (NEW College / David Lloyd / Premier Travel Inn / The Guild) into Slideslow Drive.

At a mini roundabout go straight ahead. You will see the Artrix ahead of you - turn right into the car park. The main entrance is on the left side of the building as you approach from the car park

Travelling north on the M5
Take the exit at junction 5 and then the A38 north towards Bromsgrove. After going over the A448 roundabout, turn left (filter lane) at the next roundabout (NEW College / David Lloyd / Premier Travel Inn / The Guild) into Slideslow Drive.

Then continue as above.

Travelling west on the M42
Leave the M42 at junction 1 and then take the A38 south towards Bromsgrove. Go past the traffic lights signposted "Bromsgrove North" then turn right at the next roundabout (NEW College / David Lloyd / Premier Travel Inn / The Guild) into Slideslow Drive.

Then continue as above.

Parking
The Artrix has a large car park, which is free. The main entrance to the building is on the left side of the building as you approach from the car park.

By Bus
The Artrix is an 800 yard walk, along School Drive from Bromsgrove bus station, which is served by the First Group no.144 Bus -  Birmingham-Worcester route. Timetables can be found here
http://www.firstgroup.com

By Rail
The rail station with the most frequent service is Barnt Green which is a short taxi ride from the Artrix.  Bromsgrove railway station is 2 miles from The Artrix -  Taxis are available from both stations by arrangement. Neither station is manned and neither is particularly wheelchair friendly, with bridge access to negotiate. When travelling from Birmingham it is suggested that you use Barnt green when travelling to the Artrix and then Bromsgrove for the return. This avoids the need to use the pedestrian bridges.
