Donations to The Disabled Photographers' Society

Donations

Nearly all charities depend upon the generosity of their sponsors and those who generously donate to help them to continue their work. The Disabled Photographers' Society is no different.

Unlike some charities we do not employ staff and we exist purely on the hard work of our volunteer's, so every penny that is donated to us goes directly to help us continue the work that we do.

Without such generosity we could not continue to help our members benefit from the therapeutic effect that photography has for them.

Making a donation is simple large or small

  • Donation by Cheque

You can make a donation by cheque to our usual address:

    The Disabled Photographers' Society
    PO Box 85
    Longfield
    Kent
    DA3 9BA

Please make cheques payable to "DPS"

  • We can make good use of most photographic equipment

Even some darkroom equipment (we have a surplus of that in this digital age though)
We can find a good home for:

    Cameras
    Lenses
    Filters
    Tripods
    Bags
    Cases

In fact just about anything photographic. Please contact our equipment/adaptations coordinator: Contact Adaptations and ask us if we can use it, before you consign it permanently to the dustbin.

Every donation helps.

  • Do you have any unwanted photographic equipment?
  • Or are you upgrading your old equipment for the latest digital gizmo's and widget's?
  • Is it in good working order?
  • If so please don't put it into the dustbin, we can probably use it!
  •
  • Thank you for your generous donation
