The DPS AGM and Photo weekend - 8th and 9th May 2010

The AGM and photo weekend 2010
will once again be held at Pitstone memorial hall

This year in response to suggestions we have switched days for the AGM itself. Instead of the usual Sunday morning the AGM will now be at 11.00 am on Saturday the 8th of May. Please make a note of that important change.

Hopefully this will allow those who rely upon public transport to attend, rather than the usual chaos caused by a lack of public transport on a Sunday!  details below -  click here

We are making special arrangements for wheelchair users - details below - click here

Accommodation is available in the area for those who wish to stay over - details below - click here

All members are welcome to come and have their say and to vote on any proposals put to the members at the AGM. It is completely free to attend the AGM, attendance at the photo weekend will incur a charge to cover the costs.

DPS Members should please use the booking slip which is in  "In Focus " or email Alan Kelly  to book a place for the AGM and/or the photo weekend. This is essential so that we know how many to cater for.

Free tea coffee and light refreshments will be available.

Once the AGM is over for another year the Photo weekend will start

Roman will once again be transforming the hall into a variety of photographic sets. We will also have a variety of models and lighting set ups to keep you fully occupied for the remainder of the Saturday...... and all day Sunday too!

If you are new to studio photography do not worry, you will not be alone,  there is always lots of help at hand to point you in the right direction. We can even lend you a camera if needed. and then burn your images to a disc afterwards to take home.

We will provide a light lunch and tea, coffee etc each day, all included in the price. So you have absolutely no excuse for not coming along!

Costs are the same as last year i.e.

£15 per day for the Saturday or Sunday
or
£25 For both days
